one-to-one counselling


I am here to listen to whatever you want to bring to the sessions; you may be at a 'crossroads' or experienced a trauma or abuse, or just be feeling sad or lonely.

My person-centred approach means I do not direct you or interpret what you say, instead you will experience a non-judgemental and empathic response as I endeavour to understand how you feel affected by events in your life. 

As the counselling progresses you will feel a growing sense of security and confidence in knowing that you are heard. It will be easier for you to locate your real self and needs and then you can begin to make changes. Eventually this will enable you to live your life more fully.
